We booked our first family holiday with Avoca Travel to Thailand and was amazed at their service, and all our bookings was done by Noor and her team, we are also going on another holiday to Italy via Avoca Travels.
When you start your holiday by forgetting to carry your passports that is a total disaster and then the blaming game starts, pick on the first hotel you booked in for breakfast why? Didn't't you blame the airline for the food you were served before you got to the hotel, hehe so pathetic to complain about eggs. You go on holiday to have an holiday not pick on the food, I am yet to see hotels in South Africa that has a five star ratings without complaints. We spent New Year's Eve in Bangkok and had a blast considering we had teenagers with us, that was extras that we paid for and was in Bollywood Style, I know agency's do your bookings but if you want memories of your holiday go out there and make it happen. Don't complain about AVOCA TRAVELS and expect everyone to believe they are a Bad agency. To Noor and her Team thumps up for your service.
