Poor in flight service-no seating for 1.5yr baby

I recently flew with Thai airways to Bangkok return, terrible experience, worst ever airline. Thai airways airhostess have terrible attitudes with poor service. We were 5 of us, 2 adults&3 kids, who were 9, 6 and 1.5yrs. I was made to pay for 4 tickets and only airport taxes for the infant and was told on booking direct with Thai airways that a basinet or special seating arrangemnt will be made for my little kid of 1.5yrs. On flying back from bangkok to Jhburg, the flight was full with 1 free seat only and despite me booking these tickets 2 mnths in advance, no arrangement was made for my kid. My wife who is 6 months pregnant was asked to sit on a full 11 hour flight from bangkok to Johannesburg with the kid in her lap. while he was asleep. Besides they gave us the seats right in front of the economy class where the basinet fit and where the arms dont move, The basinet apparently is only from 0-6mnths and thus my wife was made to suffer like this. No help was offered to my wife and ALSO THEY REFUSED TO ACCOMADATE UNTIL I MADE A BIG NOISE AFTERWHICH THEY asked someone in the back of the plane to exchange seats with my wife as he was next to the only free-DONT fly withThai (family)
