Cancellation of contract

I am C Olivier member number 255158. Took out a contract on 26 June 2007 and paid it in full at the time. I pay my annual fees yearly on the 1st October. The last payment was done on 1 October 2011. I sent a mail on 30 July 2012 requesting the cancellation of my membership and got confirmation that it was received. Since then my contract is still not cancelled and was invoiced again on the 1st of October 2012 for annual fees which I did not pay as I have cancelled my contract. Since then I got montly threats of blacklisting and handing over to attorneys. Can someone please explain what is happpening and why my contract is not cancelled and why I receive these continous threats.
