02/05/2013, I called Greyhound Call Centre to find out if Buses were travelling&I was told by Jason Job that Greyhound is the only bus that is travelling.He asked me if he can book for me because the internet sometimes has problems, I told him that I can book for myself and get web discount &he said he can still give me the discount. He proceeded with the booking, I told him that need a bus from CTN 2 PE leaving on Saturday &Greyhound and Citiliner and I chose Citiliner since I am booking for two people &Greyhound sometimes use MegaCoach which according to me is below standard 4 its price. He told the bus leaves at 18h45&arrives at 6.30.I picked up the ticket today around 12H45 at Shoprite &when I arrived home I saw the departure time was 06h30 in the morning.I called to enquier and I got Yolanda she told me I must be on standby to Greyhound or Citiliner and there is no guarantee I will get the bus.Question is to Greyhound-Did the consultant ask me if I want to travel at night or morning? I dont see myself waking up at 4 with my 2 months old baby and fiance' to catch a bus. When I want to cancel my open return I was told I will be charged 20%, where is the recording? I did not need him
