We have a large number of cel contracts with the supplier which includes both data and equipment. we have had endless issues with the data and most recently have experienced delivery issues with the equipment where we are continually promised that the equipment will be delivered but never does. It has cost our business thousands. The latest excuse is that they have changed systems and that even though our equipment is in stock, they cannot release it. I have never heard of a business where a MD or Sales Director cannot override a system to honour its obligation to a big client. The worst part is that nobody, and I mean nobody, returns emails or calls to at least try and address the issue or even to keep you up to speed with what is happening. I would recommend anyone looking for a telco service provider to give this company a wide berth.
