I am writing this e-mail feeling very disappointed with Vodacom.
I had registered my details on both MTN and Vodacom for the Samsung Galaxy S4. I have not yet recieved a response from Vodacom, with whom I have been a customer for more then 10 years. My entire immediate and extended family has been with Vodacom from as far back as when the company started off. MTN has already phoned me twice and has given me their offers.
My family and I were going to take out three (3) contracts of the S4, seems like MTN might be the answer as Vodacom does not want to look after thier existing clients.
This is a wake up call as the competition is giving better customer service then what Vodacom is offering.
