We reported a fault on our line last week the 23-04-2013 we were informed the problem will be attanded urgently as it is a doctors practise I phoned back the next day to follow up I was then told technicians are busy working on the exchane I phoned bank twice after that and was told the same thing I then phoned again on thursday morning and was told the same thing and again at abo pass 12:00 I was told the problem will be sorted out by late afternoon when I then phoned back the afternoon I was told someone was only assigned to the problem on the thursday of the 24-04-13 at 14:00pm when I asked why was I told the technicians was already working on the case no one could answer me. When my boss then phoned and asked to speak to a manager on thursday they then persisted on putting her on hold and drop the phone in her ear. Th line was then working fine for two days, today same thing happend now I really want to spak to a manager I am on the line with Dale now told me his manager is busy helping another client and then put me on hold I am holding for 40 min to be exact and still holding. Telkom has no client support and the staff is a bunch of trying to get people of the lines.
