Telkom still failing dismally

We have reported our main business line out of order and were told that it would be attended to urgently probably Friday the 26 April 2013. I asked them to forward the main line to another line to allow us to receive our calls as Telkom has done for me many times before. Now Telkom requests us to fill in a form and fax it thru to get this done when we send it Telkom says they have received the form but the next day they claim that the form was never receive so they cannot process the form. When we inquire about the progress there is no information available and when we inquire about the forwarding we get shunted from person to person and made to phone 10210 10219 10214 10217 but still no one can help us. Can no one at telkom help us get our main business line up and running or it forwarded to another one of our numbers.

This service is terrible must we as South Africans just accept poor service from Telkom or is there another Telecomunications provider that can offer reasonable oposition with good service to Telkom.
