I'm unable to access the internet with my Cell C datastick (2 Gig / month contract) between approx. 17:00 to 23:00 for more than a month now. The internet speed is fine during lunch hour and in the mornings when I'm not at home. The internet is so slow after 17:00 that I could not even open a Google page and had to lodge a complaint using my Vodacom data-sim. I phoned Cell C who said that they know about the problem - apparently too many users on the internet during that time! WTH - if you can't provide a service don't sell it! I have to pay for a service that is not available. I received a ref number (TT 1785924) from Cell C on 26 April after lodging a complaint on 09 April, but yesterday evening I still did not have any internet - HOPELESS!!
