Horrendous network - Breach of Contract

I have a Brand spanking new (three months maybe?) Samsung Galaxy note 2. Got it on a Cell C contract. I probably have the worst signal in the country! I used to have some issues with my Cell C signal when I still had a blackberry but thought it was the phone.. What a sad mistake I made!

Whats more, after a lot of complaining by me Cell C said I must fill in some sort of network form, but I have been trying to get the form for three weeks to no avail. And then the Cell C representative, tries to call me, ha ha ha, can't reach me (because of the bad network) and sends me an email saying oh, sorry, we can't reach you!! What the heck Cell C?

I am sure that signal like this must be a breach of contract on Cell C's side! I am losing serious business because my customers can't reach me!! This is my main contact number for my small business, but I am unreachable according to potential customers that I lost!! I am now considering getting a Telkom line just so that I can be reached! Are you going to pay for that Cell C?

Fix your network, my problems, or give me my money back plus interest, or I'm going to the consumer council. Sunday Times: Cell C kills small business!!
