Good Day,
I have phoned the Cancellations Department twice today already. The first time I held on too long (5 mins) on the phone, the second time I held for 9 mins and someone answered - just to hear nothing. (no one responded to the call, but it was answered.
I have a job thus I do not have time to wait for Vodacom to answer their phones.
Can someone from the Cancellations department please phone me back asap?
