I signed a contract with Cell C in August 2010, then there was something wrong with the handset (early 2011) I really cant even remember what needed to be fixed, was told that the phone was discontinued, so the phone was never fixed and after weeks of fighting nothing was resolved, I requested for the contract to be cancelled as how am I to utilize a number without a cell. I have not heard of cell c since then.
All of a sudden in march 2013 i am been harassed by NuDebt, with Warrent of Execution and sent things to my work place for a Garnishee Order. no one at Cell C has ever contacted me regarding this account been in arrears, I confirmed that itemised billing was inclusive in the package so a statement should have been sent. I also confirmed that they have the correct address.
Cell C refers me to NuDebt, NuDebt (Sive) just wants a payment and is not interested in even hearing that I was unlawfully handed over. They just referred me back to Cell C.
i requested a Full Reconciliation statement from Kefuwe (legal Dpt) who said that he was going to send it to me after 5pm yesterday 25/04/13.nothing was rec, called in at 4.15 today 26/04/13 was told that he is not in today. Call was CUT.
