I have submitted a claim with Cellsure and took the phone to Vodacare for an assesment The phone has water damage and cannot be switch on. I lost my SIM tray during the process of swapping phones. Cellsure does not want to accept the phone as they cannot verify the IMEI. I even have the original packageing with the IMEI. According to Cellsure, i have no claim and they cannot assit me.
