I had a contract with Vodacom from 2007 to 2011, I cancelled the contract because of the bill which when I requested itemised billing it was not itemised it only showed the amount i was owing Vodacom, I cancelled the contract after Vodacom`s failure to assist me.
When I cancelled the contract I requested the total amount that I owed Vodacom with I paid. After two months vodacom legal services called me and demanded money for the cancellation which I paid.
Yesterday I was applying for a home loan and I was rejected because Vodacom has listed me with Trans-union for failure to pay them. They are punishing me for cancelling their contract because of their bad service, I am now seeking legal services against Vodacom.
