I subscribed to Cell C data since 16 December 2011 and I never experienced any problem. I have been paying R250 pm for this contract ever since. This month when I checked my statement is R326.12. When I call their call center I spoke to Silindiwe she told me that I subscribed to a third party on the internet and she refused to give me the details of such company and I told her to stop that debit and she refused. I told her I do not know those people and she must stop that nonsense. I would like to advice those vulnarable customers to stop using Cell C as they will encounter this problem. All I am going to do is to stop their debit order on my bank and I do not care if they are going to hand me over. I will not pay for services that I do not know and not the part of the contract. I am going to cancel this contract and I will never ever advice anyone to take CellC.
