I recently logged onto the Vodacom website to check my April bill. Imagine my shock and horror when I discovered that the amount owing is R2 316.46. I have checked the bill on 082 4450 and have noticed that there is additional charges on my account for 'data usage' in the amount of R1140.40. I normally receive messages from Vodacom advising me of my data usage and when I'm almost out of bundle. At no point in March did I receive any such message?? The only messages received:
03/03 Vodacom dаta: 1.3GB expiring 31/03 and 451.5MB expiring 30/04 on 0824450
06/03 Vodacom dаta: 1.2GB expiring 31/03 on 0824450
09/03 Vodacom dаta: 504.5MB expiring 31/03 on 0824450
15/03 (a 2GB data bundle was purchased on this date) Vodacom dаta: 121.0MB expiring 31/03 and 2.0GB expiring 30/04 on 0824450
17/03 Vodacom dаta: 1.6GB expiring 30/04 on 0824450
25/03 Vodacom dаta: 810.1MB expiring 30/04 on 0824450

At no point was I advised that I was out of bundle or that my data bundle was about to run out. I refuse to pay this bill until this issue is sorted out. This is just ridiculous and it's a way to rip of your clients. I will be cancelling both my contracts at renewal!!!
