On 6 April 2013 I took my phone to Cell C at V& A Waterfront in Cape Town for repairs. I asked Raees, who helped me, how long it would take before my phone is returned. He replied that it would take 14 working days & I wrote this down on the form he handed to me once he had completed it. Based on his response, my phone should have been ready for collection on 25 April 2013. However, When I contacted Cell C a couple of days ago, they said to me they don't know how long it will take & that I will receive an sms when the phone is ready!
The person I spoke to (Raees again, I think) couldn't provide any further details as to how far along the repairs are or when the phone will be returned. Where's the customer service, Cell C?
Why wasn't I told this from the beginning so that I could have made arrangements for a loan phone? JUST HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPAIR A PHONE?
