Branch Manager refuses to deal with faulty product

I bought at the 05-03-2013 a ML12 Bluetooth Headset for R399 and noticed at Cape Town that the hanger is missing. The product can't be used like that. No problem - I thought - next time when I have to go to Gauteng I go to the shop and ask for a solution. I only could come back to the branch yesterday - too late for him or better for me.

The solution for the Branch Manager was quite simple. He refused to give any assistance, refused to give me his name and told if I insist of my request referring to the warranty or Customer protection he will throw me out of the shop. Not even the slightest try to solve the problem.

The staff members were not allowed to give me his name, they only said he is the Branch Manager!
The telephone number of the branch is 011-768-6666 - just to make sure that we talk about the same branch.
