On the 13 April 2013 I applied online for a Samsung galaxy s3 on one of cell c's contracts.
On the Monday 15 April 2013 an agent called me asked all my info and then after all the info the agent said that my contract application was successful the agent then read me the t&c and said my phone would be delivered in 5 to 10 working days. Today 25 April 2013 I called cell c direct to ask when the phone will we here and then the agent took my id no and say that the contract was not approved. 1st why did the agent told me it was approved and would get a phone and then the story is change after a few days? 2nd why did no one phone me or email me to tell me that my application is suddenly declined? Very poor from cell c. cell c for yourself, more like cell c for them self
