Vodacom
Account settled in full but ITC records not update

I had a contract with vodacom which went into arrears, my account was handed over to the credit collectors. I paid the amount owing in full in June 2012. But now when i checked my credit record report i find that i owe vodacom R3313.

I tried to call vodacom legal department with no luck, how can there be no one in a company as big as vodacom to give me a paid up letter so i can have proof that my account was settled. These is so frustrating.

Can vodacom please sent me a paid up letter and also sent updated information to ITC.
