So about 45 minutes ago (14:45) I was browsing the net when all of a sudden my connection hit rock bottom. Rebooted my phone, no dice, still gone. Phoned the call center at about 15:10 to find out what was going on, and the helpful rep told me they were experiencing issues.
Now in the past, I've seen that sometimes (read: usually) the call center isn't informed of issues and problems with the network. The same holds true for all networks, so this was impressive.
Within 20 minutes of that call, I now sit here at 15:30 with blazing fast internet speeds back.
Thank you Cell C for your amazing service and great response time when dealing with this issue, as well as how informative and helpful your staff at call centers are. I suggest a raise!
