My BIS expired today I loaded airtime last night (4*R5, 1*R10) and then transfered R40 airtime for my BIS to activate. i woke up to find that the BIS was not activated. I called 0831555 to find out why was that, i was told to load BIS on the *141*11# and if it does not go through to then call 173. when dialing the *141*11# menu the BIS option was not there. i called 173 and spoke to Nondumiso who told me that BIS was no longer available and that the only option is the BB Absolute, I am aware of all that and me loading airtime and confirming my BIS expiry date is due to an sms i got from MTN telling me that if i have sufficient airtime before my BIS expiry date, it will be automatically deducted. Nondumiso then came back to tell me that the reason that it did not go through was due to me loading airtime with R5 voucher which is apparently an expiring voucher which is something that i could have been told yesterday when i called in. I then asked to speak to a supervisor which was Amina, the line cut when she was explaining. i called back, Adrian sent her an email to call me back, an hour later Thuli sent her an email and still nothing. its been 4hrs now and still nothing.
