I signed up for a 6 months contract with mweb for uncapped account in November 2012 wherein first 2 months were free to me and next 4 months only chargeable. My contract is expiring in April 2013, the 4 pager contract agreement which i signed did not state anywhere that i need to give a months notice in advance even after completion of the contract to stop any debit order to pass through my account. Now when i speak to mweb (Neena at cancellations) i am told that though there are no terms and conditions i have signed, but since i clicked on terms and conditions tab the first day i used their services, i am still to give a months contract. No where in the documentation it is mentioned that terms and condition shall be read with the ones on net or whether they are related. Mweb is and i am surely going to court for this. I am glad i am leaving them.
