I've been to Nashua Mobile Elarduspark to upgrade my contract early February 2013. This could not be done due to system issues. I went back a week later and the initial lady who assisted me was not there.
After talks with the other sales lady I've decided to change my contract and do a network migration and change the package of the contract. This could have been done "very quickly" according to the sales lady Lisa and would take approximately 1 week and will try to have everything done by beginning of March so that my new contract can start on 2 March.
I've been there 4 times already because I don't get any updates/feedback from them - the last time I've been there was on the 28th March.
I now get sms's stating that my BIS will expire end of April because I'm getting it free for this month... not sure why this is because I've been told that my Blackberry services will only expire once I go onto the new contract.
Please assist me in getting this sorted out. The service delivery of Nashua Mobile in Elarduspark is very poor. I should have gone to the Brooklyn branch rather.
