O the 15th of April my wife dropped my phone at the vodacom repair centre in Sandton to get repaired. On the 19th we received a call to collect the phone. My wife went to pick up the phone and she was told that the phone was tested and everything was working fine. When i got home surprise surprise the phone was not working. I then had to take the phone back on the 20th. The manager then tells me all he can do is book the phone in for repairs. I have insurance on this phone and it also still under warrenty. Yesterday i get a call to tell me that they cant fix the phone and will have to send it to cape town to see if they can fix it there. I asked how long this will take and they tell me 7-10 working day's.
