Our Business's fax line is not working since Wednesday the 17th of April 2013. We reported it the same day - Our business receive many faxes! We got a reference number 359CWK170413 - today I phoned once again - According to the consultant - they worked on the line on Saturday the 20th of April but not yet repaired - they will fix it??? This is very bad service - for a business it means loss of income!!! TELKOM won;t give us credit for these day for not having a fax line available??? Why do their technicians take so long to repair a line??? this is pathetic - we pay for a service but whenever there is a problem - they don't have enough people to fix it!!
