Illing my account after contract was cancelled

I had a 8ta contract which was cancelled June 2012 and received a letter to confirm that 8ta will stop debiting my account. They started debiting my account August 2012 again without my consent and for the period till march 2013 a total of R1201.73 was debited, i tried to contact them via telephone and e mail but have not received a response or anything. i have received a response from Nedbank saying that debit orders are arranged from a third party beneficiary and they are not to be held responsible for debit orders on you account, we as customers do not have any security what so ever with our banks as there is companies that have full authority to our accounts and information
