Vodacom is Incompotent

On 23 March, 2013, I upgraded my phone from BB Curve to BB Bold at Vodacom Clear Water. The phone was not tested before it was given to me.
After a few days, I realised that the phone was defective. It was over heating and the internet connection was extremely slow (much slower than on the Curve.)
I returned the phone within 7 days with the original packaging and receipt. I was told the phone had to be sent away for 7 days to be examined. After several calls to the shop, I am still waiting for the phone for which I paid. The assistants are unhelpful, incompetent and in articulate English speakers. Vodacom is quick to take money but reluctant to provide service.
They have many unreasonable rules that protect themselves and neglect the needs of the customers.
