I ported from Vodacom to cell c as I thought that cell c had finally got their act into gear and because they were offering slightly better pricing. Besides for the 2 month wait for my IPhone 5, the signal since porting has been pathetic to say the least. My phone indicates that I am continue sly on cell 3G and never goes to edge. However, I can barely browse the net, make phone calls, or send smsed because there is no signal however my phone shows full 3G. This is false representation on cell c part as they are not on 3G and claiming to be. My phone mainly only works when I am in a wifi area or switch to Vodacom edge. That means cell c is literally not even providing me with a service.i find this disgusting to say the least. I have called the centers, tweeted and sent and email with absolutely no response. They are quick to respond when it involves a potential client but when it comes to confronting the fact that their network is falsely representing itself, providing sub standard signal in Johannesburg. I would hate to see the signal on the road between city's it's must be horrendous. I have read through many a complaint of the same nature and nothing is done. Next step Carte Blanch
