I would like to offer cellc a change to sort their out, before I go to ICASA with a formal complaint,
In September of 2011, I went and got a prepaid sim card, and tested cellc in our area, and at my place of work, both of which worked flawlessly. I was so happy with you service, I took out a contract, and again in December, I got my wife a tablet on Contract as well, a 2 gig package
In the last 2/3 months, the service at our home has gotten so bad, I cant barley make a phone call within our house. Let alone in a fair portion of Johannesburg (will get to this shortly). I laid a complaint with the Cellc Rep on [URL Removed] (ref 1725907)

the 29th of April, a company you appointed came to install a repeater at our home, which, if its had any effect, has degraded our signal in our home, I have since unplugged the repeater, and my phone is semi usable, 9 out of 10 calls fail, and data is unusable (despite showing full signal)

I Would like a CellC Network person to accompany me on a trip from Boksburg to fourways
and see just how poor your Network is
