I had a account with platinum life in 2008 and it was cancelled, They started deducting from my bank account in January 2013 (5years later), they deducted every 3 minutes different amounts of money out my account until i block it at my bank account from them! My bank phoned them and asked them why deducting money from my account and they said its a system error, they will sent it in for a refund and will take 21 working days
Im struggling from January up to now (April) to get my money back, that's over R2500.00
Every time i phoned them on my expences they have another story that it is still with their accounts department.
I gave them until the 30th of April to get the money back in my account if not they will be dealing with my Lawyers
People check your bank accounts every month by drawing bank statements to make sure if these type of money didnt get hold of your account number already!!
