Incorrect billing every month

In November of 2012 I applied online to have my line moved on the 1st of December to another suburb in Ght. I was told they needed 21 days from date of application. So I was patient. However, 3 weeks into December I called Telkom to query the move and was only told then that they had previously sent someone to install the line however, they realised that my building had insufficient infrastructure to install the line. Telkom then logged a dispute to cancel my line rental but for me to keep the Blackberry and continue paying for that only- was told it would be around R120.

Every month since December 2012, R298 has continued being debited off my account. I have been into Telkom direct stores twice (when they were still handling account queries) and called into Telkom centres 4 times since then to try and resolve the issue, and each time they log a dispute for me and cancel the line and yet I am still being charged for the full package rate every month! I've put a limit of R150 for the debit order and that didnt help. I can't cancel the debit order either as Telkom says it cannot be done.

I feel cheated and am disgusted at how Telkom is handling this situation. No one is helping!
