Incompetent Call centre Agents

I spoke to a guy Clide from your call centre, who gave me attitude and hung up the phone as if he could not hear me after I requested to speak to his Team leader. I then called the call centre again spoke to the same guy Clide who then told me that His supervisor is refusing to speak to me. We could not reach an agreement because he insisted that the fault was on my side and there is nothing his team leader can tell me that he hasn't told me. I then requested to speak to his Team leader he put me on hold and then told me that I couldn't speak to his team leader because his busy. I then asked what he was busy with he then answered that his busy on his computer, I then told Clide that I would wait until he was available he then said that Thabang his Team leader is refusing to speak to me and that his about to knock of at 7. I was already on the line for more than an hour and Clide could not explain to me how I Lost R1800 airtime. he told me that he is not a 8ta user so he wouldn't know what option did I chose. He spoke to me like I was. I am disgusted with his attitude and mostly his supervisor Thabang who knocked off at 7 without addressing me after I was on the line fo
