I BOOKED IN MY BLACKBERRY 9900 BOLD IN FOR REPAIRS 1 MONTH AGO AT THE STORE IN BLUFF.SHOCKINGLY I WENT TO THE STORE THIS MORNING WANTING TO KNOW THE STATUS ON MY BLACKBERRY AND THE CONSULTANT TELLS ME ITS STILL WITH MTN REPAIR CENTRE I WAS FUMMING BECAUSE 2 WEEKS BACK I GOT THE SAME FEEDBACK.

I AM A BUSINESS MAN THAT RELIES ON MY PHONE AND IT IS A NIGHTMARE THAT GOES ON WITH MY BLACKBERRY BEING UP THERE IN JOHANNESBURG.

THE STAFF AT THE BLUFF BRANCH ARE REALLY HELPFUL AND KEPT ON PHONNING THE REPAIR HELP DESK TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS, BUT IT SEEMS THAT THEY AND I HAVE WASTED TIME BECAUSE UP IN THE REPAIR DEPARTMENT NOBODY CARES... I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY CONTRACT AND CANCEL WHEN MY 24 MONTHS ARE UP.
