I logged a problem with Telkom on the 15th April 2013. I need this service, as it is a business service, one that I'm paying for and obviously will not be refunded due to NO SERVICE. I contacted your help line and quite frankly spent hours on the line with your assistance team. Result 0%. I then decided to contact your onsite service to get someone to come out and sort out the problem. My reference number is 492CRK150413. A technician arrived on Wednesday. Needless to say he messed up my entire internal network by changing IP addresses and setting. I phoned your help line again after he had left to inform them that not only was my Internet and emails still not working, but everything. They said they will make a note on my first log. WELL CAN SOMEONE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM NOW. The line was tested from your side and a problem was on the Telkom line not on my desktop in my office. I need this to fix his error and do his job properly! Apparently my manager said he spoke to no one and explained nothing. Some service!!! Redo your TV commercial!!
