Vodacom Please Help - Premature Cancelation Quote

The Problem that I have in Summary is:
I Opened a VODACOM "Internet Account". I Chose a Package Deal, consisting of a Computer, a Printer and a Vodacom Internet USB Flash. After one year having this package I decided that I want to pay at once the total of the equipment in my package (Computer and Printer). So that my monthly bill will be consisting only out of my Vodacom Internet Usage... Vodacom Wolmaransstad called VODACOM and asked for a "Premature Cancelation Quote" - a quote consisting of all the different elements of your Contract and what it costs if you want to pay off your whole package or if you only want to pay off your equipment. I received that "Premature Cancelation Quote" via E-mail from Vodacom. On the quote Vodacom Wolmaransstad showed me which amount to pay. And on the form it states that I should mail my proof of payment to VODACOM and also fax it. I did everything stated on the "Premature Cancelation Quote". After a day or so they send me back a confirmation email!!! BUT: The end of that month they still deducted the same amount as the previous months, NOT from my Account but from the money that I payed them for the Equipment...
