Ordered a tablet, no delivery

On the 21.03.13 I ordered A Sumsung Tablet on line. I received the call from their sales team on 26.03.13 and he said he was just confirming my personal details. I then asked him when can I receive the order and he said to me maybe by Tuesday the 02.04.13 but they are experiencing issues. He could not say what problems. I waited patiently thinking I will receive the order by the end of the week. I then decided to follow up on the order on 11.04.13.Calling the call centre or the customer service centre was the most irritating thing to do as you are required to put you number so many times. I finally got through and spoke to someone who could not assist me, even to track the order. He told that he could not see anything under my Id number. I requested to speak to be put through to the sales department where I finally spoke to someone who could assist me. He confirmed that the order was been approved but they have problems invoicing. I don't understand how could invoicing delay the table to be delivered. I got a call after that from sales agent apologising to me and explaining that they have are experiencing problems with invoicing. That for me was not good enough as the damage was done
