No help to resolve debit off a charity

I received my bank statement and noticed 2 debit orders from Vodacom on our Non profit organisation (serving disabled children's) bank account. We do not have any service or contract with Vodacom, so was immediately concerned, I then checked the latest transactions on the account and found another debit order. I contacted Vodacom immediately. The consultant was helpful and gave me a reference number and asked me to fax the required documents, which I did, using the reference number given to me. I received an sms from Vodacom confirming receipt of the fax, with the reference number in the sms, The sms stated that i would be contacted in 24hours, A week later and still no contact from Vodacom. I made contact a few times and the staff tried to help but just say there is no record of the report..after numerous phone calls the consultant said I will have to log another report and fax all the documents again..Unacceptable.. How do I get this matter resolved..a debit processed by Vodacom..How many times must I log a report???
