Graham was quick, helpful, kind, patient and willing to do more than required. I asked about WI-FI coverage and he took the time to explain how it all works, where I can obtain it and then took the time to check if my debit order instructions were ok and if I got my account delivered to the correct address - without me even asking him to do that! with that kind of service one can only ensure that no problems arise at a later stage. SIEPELO MARUMO is another person who also took time on another occasion and really impressed me by calling back and making sure I was completely happy. WOW!!!

I ALWAYS GET REALLY GREAT SERVICE FROM TELKOM!!! WAY BETTER THAN FROM VIRGIN MOBILE, VODACOM, CELL C or MTN. I have had accounts with all of them and I still have with some!!
TELKOM is the best by far. Just put a panel together, use some prepaid number or contract number and phone the different companies with a fictitious problem and see who is the best: TELKOM by far!
