I reported a fault to telkom on 11.04.13 where my line was faulty.
On 14.04.13 I received a sms saying that the fault has been repaired. But unfortuneately it wasn't. My line was crossed with another line. This fault was reported on 15.04.13. I am unable to use my phone to make calls and am answering calls which isn't for me which is very annoying.
To date no technician has come out to us. I called Telkom today spoke to Sam who said he is the supervisor there asking him to escalate my fault report.
I am still awaiting feedback from him.
