I am utterly disgusted in the incompetence of cell c and the call centre agents whom everyday tell me a different story of how long the ITC number for a phone that was. I cannot remember the other agents but I'm sure you can trace the calls, yesterday I spoke to tebogo and this morning I spoke to Aletta.
Tebogo assured me the ITC number would be delivered as soon as the fax was received which was tuesday morning at 09 45 I then called back yesterday as I had no feed back from cell c yesterday 24hours later so I called back and Tebogo said he would put me through to tech support I waited on that line for 15 minutes and hung up!!! Today I call again and was told to hold and got disconnected and then called back again and spoke to Aletta whom told me it takes 3 days!!! It has been 3 days from the first time I've sent in the form!
Please can you urgently assist me on this matter as I need to provide my insurance with the ITC numbe
