I was contacted by Cell C on the 19th of March, about a New Blackberry Z10 contract, after being convinced that I would be in better hands, I opted out of my current network provider, arrange a buyer for my old phone, certified copies of my ID, need to keep my green ID document at work where it doesn't live, on the off chance that the courier arrives, as well as developed a certain overwhelming enthusiasm around having a new phone, but the problem, i have been waiting for 2 and a half weeks for my phone to be delivered. I do not mind waiting, but when i need to phone Cell C, cause of lack of response, and hear, "Sorry Sir, we are waiting for blackberry to deliver, Blackberry has promised us stock...", with no proper lead as to what is actually happening, it becomes completely ridiculous. I have absolutely no idea when my phone will arrive, and no one can tell me, I am sorry, Cell C is a major, professional, profitable company, how can you not know when stock will be delivered, almost every branch in south africa has them, and I have even offered to personal collect from one of these, but this is not allowed. Cell C still advertises this product but there is no stock? Most irritated
