No service and no feedback

I am seriously feed up with customer service in this country. I sign a contract which says that I will pay the monthly billed amount and in return I will be able to use the services I pay for.

I recently moved to a new area in Northriding. I have absolutely minimal and at most times no service from my cell phone provider. I fill in a network coverage form, spend 40 minutes on my other phone so I can actually call the call centre to make them aware of my query (because the first 20 minutes you spend on the call just so someone else can transfer you to technical {there is no technical option on the IVR, great thinking Cell C!!! }).

I made this issue aware last week Wednesday and even went into a cell c store to try and sort this out reference number: 1304130000069261 and another reference number from a team leader Charlene 1304100000128852. There is a 3rd reference number but I've misplaced it and so has cell c.

I signed the contract for my Fiance who works from home. Now she cannot call anyone because there is no signal. Cell C is not providing us with what we are paying for and I want a call immediately otherwise I am terminating this contract as per the CPA
