My Blackberry did not have any signal and the scroll button freezed, I took my phone in on the 4 th of March 2013 for the third similiar previuos situation. My phone is still under warranty and like before im still waiting for my phone after a month. I want to kno can I cancel my contract and give Cell C faulty phones back, and dont try and tell me that im paying for the simcard if the phone was not part of the contracts cell c would not have sold any contracts, I have a contract with Vodacom aswell and I never experience this problem. I want a new phone in this week as this is really rediculous, you can take back your faulty phones I dont want it and I will not pay for a product I cant use and dont let youre consultants phone me cause they are useless just phoe me if you have my phone or a new phone. Last contracts I will have with Cell C.
