Contract expired and 2 phones 084 206 7348 & 7349. I just wanted to convert them to pre-paid now.
For weeks I have been told diffirent stories everytime I phoned the call centre.
Autopage sends me to cellC, cellC are unabel to help as the numbers doesn't appear on their system yet (convertion not done). They ever tried to do a "port" - whatever this means... Also tried to RICA again???
Autopage promissed to sort out the problem and send me back to cellC yesterday, they are still not able to help as the number still do not appear.
Autopage Montana (Yvonne) send numerious mails to headoffice for help??? She also said that they only needed to be Rica'd again?? Not coming back to us in the last week even... Just pulling up shoulders??? THIS IS WHY IS WILL NEVER TO BUSINESS WITH AUTOPAGE AGAIN
