However:
1 How can you expect me to pay for the sim swop performed/allowed by YOUR MTN PERSONNEL without my ID, consent or knowledge which took place on 8 September 2012 at an MTN Shop somewhere in Cape Town while I was not even in South Africa at that stage???

2 How do you expect me to report your company's misconduct to your line while I am working overseas in a remote location with extremely poor reception. I have on various occasions requested feedback to be sent to my e-mail address, [Email Removed]

3 What about the fact that my credit card was stopped due to this very misconduct on MTN's part and now you are threatening me with blacklisting on the other account that cannot be deducted due to your actions? A1337292

It seems that you are actually not "recording your calls for quality control purposes" because none of my requests were answered or attended to.

Please send me e-mails as I have requested on numerous times before!!!
