Unacceptable!!

I have a complaint regarding the simcard I have been using in my laptop for more than 2 years. Suddenly, a few days ago, I could not connect to the internet and received an error message: "Limited service".
I used a Cell C card, while on holiday, to connect to the internet..when I got back home, my Vodacom simcard still did not work.
I went to Chatz in Midstream to do a sim swop, because I still have over 500 megs of data on the card.
The lady who assisting me, told me she could not do a sim swop, because the card has been deleted. (The number and info are still on their system..)
She also informed me that the number had been 'taken over' by Cell C. She then phoned Customer Care, who informed her that I can go to Cell C and ask them to retrieve the number, but "unfortunately the data was lost and I won't be able to get it back" That is UNACCEPTABLE! I did not mind losing the number, or buying another simcard, but I am NOT willing to lose the 500 megs of data!
