So after 2 hello peter complaints cell c still decides to my monies. Nelly Mamotheti advised me it is out of her hands that after confirming to me on a phone call monday 8 April 2013 that i will not pay for the disconnection of my husbands phone.
Cell C left us in the dark regarding the disconnection of his line, no one phoned to tell us we owe them monies in actual fact when the phone was blocked in march they advised us to pay R350 and then again R400 without allocating it to his phone 0848800401 and allocating it to my phone 0848800402. THEY STILL WENT AND UNBLOCKED THE PHONE. once again the consumer must pay for the call agents mistakes.
I want the disconnection fee of R436 paid back to me and secondly where is my husbands airtime that was still on his phone when it was on contract.
Dont sent Nelly Mamotheti to deal with this as she cant do nothing more.
I demand to speak to some one higher this must get resolved now. Please advise me if I should go to fokus or special assignment to take the matter further. No one is willing to listen to voice recordings to find out that it was the mistake of the service provider and not me. Code of Conducts!
