Our Acer Laptop, which is on contract and still under warranty, went in for repairs on the 24th of February 2013. The laptop was not starting up. Autopage is unable to give answers as to what the status is on the laptop. 7 weeks is an unacceptable turn around time for a repair. Last year we had a similar time delay with our then Dell laptop on contract with Autopage, there was around an 8 week delay, Autopage did replace the Dell to their credit. We are paying our monthly fee to Autopage every month for our Acer laptop however do not have the use of our laptop. It is very frustrating when speaking to Autopage as Hillcrest Autopage and their head office do not seem to know when we will be getting the laptop back, initially they said we would get it back last week however this has not materialised.
