Delivered But Not To Me

I ordered and paid for an aerial on the 4th of April to be delivered to me via courier.

I was expecting a 2-3 day delivery, which is the period that it usually takes for a courier delivery to me in Venterstad.

On the 11th of April I e-mailed Poynting Direct to enquire about my order. I was told that they had delivered my pastel on the 5th of April.

The only problem is:

Poynting Direct delivered my aerial to someone at the hotel in Venterstad who claims "to know me" but not to the person who paid for the aerial and whose address and cell phone number appear on the quotation and order = me.

After many e-mails and phone calls, I am still waiting for Poynting Direct to retrieve the parcel from the person to whom it was delivered and to deliver it to me.

It is now 12 days since I ordered and paid for a courier to bring me my parcel.
